Yakshagana

“SUDHANVA ARJUNA”

Greetings from DFW Yakshagana Havyasis.

Yakshagana is 800 year old jnanapada art (usually depicts a story from the "Kavya” and the "Puranas") that has been a bright shining symbol of Karnataka as well as our Kannada culture.

To bring this rich and vibrant audio visual art form to you all, we have organized a Yakshagana performance “Sudhanva Arjuna “ right here in our Dallas Metroplex from a set of famous and topmost Yakshagana artists visiting us from Karnataka in collaboration with SUMEDHA. It is truly a unique opportunity for all of us to see and experience firsthand the best of Yakshagana performance there is.

We sincerely invite you all to this free performance.
